The 5th General Assembly Annual Meeting (GAAM) of the Association of Police Training Institutions in Asia (APTA) was held virtually at Central Police Academy of Korea on November 26, 2020, and it was co-hosted by the Korean National Police University and Central Police Academy.
While it was inevitable for the APTA Secretariat to organize a virtual GAAM due to COVID-19, there was the biggest number of participating institutions for the GAAM in the history of the APTA – 23 institutions from 13 countries attended the 5th GAAM. It was our honor to be part of the meaningful occasion since the foundation of the Association. The APTA Secretariat would like to show sincere appreciation to all of the member institutions for their support and cooperation throughout the process of the event.
